Terms of Service

All services and products provided by Kemonai may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of Nigeria apply. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless to Kemonai from any claims resulting from the use of our services. Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of contact, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of any form will result in the immediate termination of delivery. Any account found to be in violation of another’s copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled. Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our services.

Responsibility

You are responsible for your usage of our services, be in accordance with all rules on all our products and services. Any misuse by you may result in actions on your account, including terminating from the use of the service and or product with/without a notice and without a refund.

Account Setup

We will send you an activation code after you have successfully provide all detail required to signup and haven screened the order. It is your responsibility to provide us with an active cell phone number which is not far from you or email address. You are signing up under this agreement. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the cell phone number or email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the cell phone number or email address on file is current or up to date at all times. If you have multiple phone numbers associated to your account you can choose a number as the primary, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account and your Username and Password are correct and up-to-date. Kemonai is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the signup. If you need to change your password, you should do so via forgot your password. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.

Data Protection

You agree that we may put your name and other information obtained about you from your subscription and the sales process into a computerised directory for internal use only, until we receive specific written instructions from you. Note that no personal details will be passed from us onto other companies, organisations or individuals not connected with servicing your subscription.

Refunds

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Kemonai reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. Such changes shall be notified to the Customer by posting on the Kemonai Website. Changes in this manner shall be deemed to have been accepted if the Customer continues to use the Service after a period of two weeks from the date of posting on the Website. Kemonai shall not be liable in respect of any breach of this contract due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to, Act of God, inclement weather, hardware failures, network outages, act or omission of Government or public telephone operators or other competent authority or other party for whom Kemonai is not responsible. The Customer acknowledges that it has read and accepts the terms of this contract. Use of the service by the Customer shall be deemed acceptance of the terms of this contract. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria and the Customer hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
